A grand day out, every day.
Rolling hills behind them and
a winding lane beneath them.
The motorbike and sidecar finally get the open road they deserve, and they never have to leave your shelf.

The story continues below.
The printed cobbled lane, wild flowers and all, carries the road right into the foreground.

A sign for the spotters.
The roadside sign carries the set number and all 1,038 pieces, and if the figure on it looks familiar, that’s Feathers McGraw, the villain of The Wrong Trousers, and fans will know why there’s a diamond tucked into the set’s seat hatch.

A clear view of the adventure.
Clear acrylic keeps the dust off the set, and a wipe with a soft, dry microfibre cloth keeps the case looking as good as the day it arrived.
The details, when you need them.
Included with your case
Clear acrylic panels from 3 mm thick, printed backdrop and base, display sign and fixings. The panels are cast Perspex® acrylic that blocks around 99% of UV light, so your bricks keep their colour. LEGO® set sold separately.

The story behind the set
Nick Park created Wallace and Gromit at Aardman, and the pair rode this motorbike and sidecar in A Close Shave, which won the Oscar for best animated short in 1996. Keep an eye on the backdrop, where the Wendolene’s Wools lorry heads down the lane and Feathers McGraw keeps watch from the road sign. The signpost points to Preston, which is both the name of the villainous dog in A Close Shave and the town where Nick Park was born.
The LEGO® Ideas set itself began as a fan’s idea and won the Grand Prize in the LEGO Ideas '90s Throwback challenge, so if you’ve got an idea of your own, tell us about it.
