Straight off our shelf.

We dispatch every order from our UK stock within two working days, and working days are Monday to Friday, except UK bank holidays.

We deliver to the UK and to 36 countries across Europe. US orders open on 16 November 2026, when we start shipping from our base in Lakeland, Florida.

Shipping costs.

In the UK, Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £5.99, and Royal Mail Special Delivery costs £10.99 and arrives the next working day after dispatch. Delivery to Europe starts at £19.99 with Royal Mail International Tracked, depending on the country and the weight of your order, and you always see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Christmas delivery.

Royal Mail’s last posting dates for Christmas 2026 are Saturday 19 December for Tracked 48 and Wednesday 23 December for Special Delivery. Because we dispatch within two working days, please order by Wednesday 16 December for Royal Mail Tracked 48, or by Monday 21 December for Special Delivery, if your case needs to arrive in the UK before Christmas. For orders to Europe, please order as early as you can.

Delivery times.

We send every order within two working days. After that, Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 in two to three working days and Special Delivery the next working day, while International Tracked to Europe takes a little longer, depending on the country.

Returns.

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Our refund policy explains how.
